HighRing AI does not guarantee:

• employment,
• interviews,
• hiring outcomes,
• salary offers,
• candidate selection,
• candidate acceptance,
• employer responses,
• recruitment timelines.

All hiring decisions remain solely under the control and responsibility of employers and candidates.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

• be at least 18 years old,
• provide accurate information,
• have the legal authority to use the Platform,
• comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Employers using the Platform must have the legal authority to recruit, advertise roles, and process candidate information.

3. User Responsibilities

Job Seekers

Job seekers agree:

• to provide truthful and accurate information,
• not to upload false, misleading, or fraudulent documents,
• not to impersonate another individual,
• to maintain professional communication,
• to independently verify job opportunities before accepting offers.

Job seekers understand that:

• AI-generated matches are recommendations only,
• HighRing AI does not guarantee the suitability of any employer,
• employers may independently evaluate candidates,
• hiring outcomes may vary.

Employers & Recruiters

Employers and recruiters agree:

• to provide accurate job descriptions,
• to communicate professionally,
• not to misuse candidate information,
• not to engage in discrimination, harassment, fraud, or unlawful recruitment practices,
• to comply with employment and labor laws.

Employers understand that:

• candidate recommendations are AI-assisted suggestions only,
• Relio Innovations Pvt Ltd does not guarantee candidate performance or retention,
• final hiring responsibility remains solely with the employer.

4. AI-Based Matching Disclaimer

Relio Innovations Pvt Ltd uses automated systems, conversational workflows, AI-assisted processing, and algorithmic recommendations to improve candidate and employer matching.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• AI systems may not always be accurate,
• recommendations are probabilistic and not guaranteed,
• matching percentages, confidence scores, or relevance indicators are estimates only,
• users should independently evaluate opportunities, candidates, and communications.

HighRing AI shall not be held liable for:

• incorrect recommendations,

5. Communication & Third-Party Platforms

7. No Employment Guarantee

HighRing AI is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing company, or labor contractor unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Platform acts as a technology-enabled facilitation layer between candidates and employers.

Relio Innovations Pvt Ltd does not guarantee:

• job placement,
• interview scheduling,
• response rates,
• candidate selection,
• offer letters,
• successful hiring.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relio Innovations Pvt Ltd, its founders, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages,
• loss of employment,
• loss of income,
• hiring disputes,
• workplace incidents,
• candidate misconduct,
• employer misconduct,
• inaccurate information,
• missed opportunities,
• technical interruptions,
• service downtime,
• communication failures,
• emotional distress,
• reputational harm,
• data loss caused by third-party services.

Users agree that they use the Platform at their own discretion and risk.

9. Verification & Due Diligence

Relio Innovations Pvt Ltd may conduct limited checks or verification processes where applicable.

However, users acknowledge that:

• Relio Innovations Pvt Ltd does not guarantee the authenticity of all employers or candidates,
• independent due diligence is strongly recommended,
• users are responsible for verifying offers, compensation, company legitimacy, and employment conditions.

10. Prohibited Activities

• distribute spam,
• submit fraudulent job postings,

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, technology, conversational systems, AI workflows, content, software, logos, designs, and platform materials related to Relio Innovations Pvt Ltd remain the intellectual property of Relio Innovations Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit platform materials without written permission.

12. Service Availability

Unless separately agreed in writing, all payments made to HighRing AI are non-refundable.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relio Innovations Pvt Ltd, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, legal actions, or expenses arising from:

• misuse of the Platform,
• violation of these Terms,
• unlawful activities,

15. Termination
